Property and Cancelation Policies :
100% of payments made are refundable if canceled within 14 days of arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled later.
Terms and Conditions
RULES
1. Check in: 3:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 p.m.
2. The person making the reservation must be of legal age and provide their identification and contact information, since they will be the owner or person responsible for the reserved place. In case of reservation for family members, the contact information of the family member who will serve as the person responsible or in charge of the space must be provided, in case of emergency or special situation.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside the suites, only in common areas.
4. The visit of family or friends must be notified in advance to the management, since access to outsiders or strangers is not allowed, the use of the property is exclusively for the people who paid for their stay. Visits must be made within the established schedule, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
5. Parties within the complex are prohibited. A party is called a meeting or gathering between a group of people that alters the order of the property or affects/damages the privacy of the surrounding people (neighbors).
6. The use of illegal substances within the place is prohibited, as well as actions or behaviors that endanger the life of oneself or other people.
7. The consumption of alcoholic beverages and the use of illegal substances among minors who are inside the house, whether because they are a guest or a visitor, is prohibited.
8. The use of the common areas is for ALL guests, so at the end of use, please clean and do not leave personal items in it.
9. The use of the pool is at your own risk, in the case of children, under the supervision of an adult.
10. If you request laundry and cleaning service, please request it in advance from the management, so that correct information can be given.
11. Take care of the facilities and elements inside and outside the suite. In case of loss or replacement, the established value of the object will have to be paid to the management.
12. Respect other guests with rest hours, established from 9:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m.
13. The opening hours are from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for any clarification or doubt.
**You are informed that the aforementioned rules must be fully complied with. In the event of violating or breaking any of them, the place will be immediately evicted and there will be no refunds or refunds of what was paid for the stay.
